We are looking for a senior associate O2C resource, who can own the O2C process independently and proactively deploy best practices and process improvements.
Process specific responsibilities
The Delivery Manager is responsible for monitoring/leading the Team to support all R2R tasks (Month End tasks, Journal Entries (expense / revenue), Interco Accounting, Lease accounting, Fixed Assets & Project Accounting, Reconciliations Bank Statements / GL vs Sub Ledger, Tax, Foreign Exchange, Bank CoE etc)to the Client.
In-depth knowledge in invoicing processing work flow and O2C journal entries.
Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
Perform general ledger reconciliations of invoices, customer's POs and collections.
Perform customer's outstanding and aging analysis.
Generate MIS (scheduled/adhoc) reports on time
Provide daily cash reports accurately and on time
Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors.
Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
Creation and development of RTR tower specific value proposition, business cases, industry specific offerings, strategic direction and initiatives, design business outcome models, contracting structures, identify new opportunities and business lines
Drive well designed solutions through leveraging best practices, tools, analytics and consultative selling
Participate in external marketing of the company through development of marketing collateral and participation in industry meetings and conferences
